During this Vinyasa Flow class you will experience dynamic movement sequencing and conscious energy flow. Move continuously through a creative sequence of poses linked to support breath awareness, gather intention, and create freedom in both heart and mind.
Gentle Yoga

Gillian Eaton

Originally from Northern California, Gillian has lived on Cape Cod for 22 years. She has practiced yoga for over 30 years and has been teaching for 15. She holds a 200 hour certification through National Yoga Alliance. In addition, she has taken extensive trainings with Boston’s Ame Wren, as well as workshops with Coral Brown, Seane Corn, and Tias Little to name a few.
She also holds a certificate from Bodhi and Mind Yoga’s cancer-informed teacher training, which provides free yoga to women in any stage of breast cancer treatment and recovery.
Along with her own yoga practice, Gillian loves learning about yoga philosophy, alignment and anatomy, and often brings this knowledge to her classes. She encourages students to listen to their bodies while practicing yoga, and encourages the process of finding a fluid, inspirational, intuitive practice. Students love that she knows how to modify for beginners while keeping more advanced students challenged.
